IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR PATIENTS SEEKING TREATMENT AT THE ORTHOPAEDICS AND/OR DERMATOLOGY DEPARTMENTS
The ORTHOPAEDICS DEPARTMENT (as of June 1, 2014) and DERMATOLOGY DEPARTMENT (starting February 1, 2015) are no longer taking new walk-in patients during the outpatient clinic hours
You must have the following prior to your visit to our hospital:
a. A letter of reference from another doctor regarding your medical concern
b. An appointment (you can call, have your physician make the appointment for you with us or email us through our contact email system)
***If you have any questions about this new policy, please feel free to contact the hospital by phone (0776-23-1111) or access our email contact page. Be sure to include your email address so we can reply to your inquiry by email.
As of March 1, 2016, anyone wishing to make an appointment for any breast-related
examinations must have a doctor's referral prior.
Since last year, there has been an increase in the number of first-time patients seeking breast examinations at Saiseikai, resulting in lengthy wait time for everyone.
In order to alleviate this problem, we will no longer take walk-in appointments.
Make an appointment by phone and bring a doctor's referral from your physician when you come for your scheduled visit. (This does not apply to an emergency situation)
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
